Registering for the conference

The conference will start with a welcome cocktail on Sunday 4th June in Tirana, and finish with a concluding dinner on Friday 9th June in Pogradec.

​The registration fees includes:
- access to the conference sessions, posters sessions, scientific exhibition in Tirana and Pogradec
- congress bags with nametag, abstracts book, and all conference documents
​- welcome cocktail on Sunday 4th June at Tirana International Hotel in Tirana
​- lunches and coffee breaks from Monday 5th June to Friday 9th June
​- shuttles from Tirana city center to faculty of Economy - Agricultural University of Tirana in the morning (5, 6 & 7 June) and back to the city center after the sessions
​- gala dinner at Xibraku restaurant on Tuesday 6th June in Tirana 
​- transfer from Tirana city center on Thursday 8th June to Pogradec -  Hotel Pogradeci 2
​​- concluding dinner on Friday 9th June in Pogradec
​- return transfer to Tirana city center on Saturday 10th June (early morning or afternoon) or on Sunday 11th June morning.

Registering_as_accompanying_person

Registration fees for accompanying person includes:
​- welcome cocktail on Sunday 4th June at Tirana International Hotel in Tirana
​- gala dinner at Xibraku restaurant on Tuesday 6th June in Tirana
​- 1 visit per day - lunch included on Monday 5th June, Tuesday 6th June and Wednesday 7th June (to be detailed very shortly)
​- transfer from Tirana city center on Thursday 8th June to Pogradec - Enkelana Hotel 
​- dinner on Thursday 8th June in Pogradec
​- concluding dinner on Friday 9th June in Pogradec
​​- return transfer to Tirana city center on Saturday 10th June (early morning or afternoon) or on Sunday 11th June morning.
